RPM was established in 1994 to provide a new and focused alternative to the marketing of residential land.

Since then RPM's objective has been on sourcing broad hectare parcels of land suitable for residential development managing residential land estates. More recently RPM launched the Property Management division to service the residential market and the sales and leasing requirements of our clients.
