New Release at Williams Landing

The fourth land release took place at Williams Landing on Saturday 4th October. The home sites were released exclusively to customers who had registered their interest in Williams Landing prior to the launch day. Our doors opened at 9:30am and by 12 noon over 60% of the home sites had been snapped up by people keen to experience the lifestyle on offer at Williams Landing.

Matt Petrie the sales consultant at Williams Landing said that enquiry was strong leading up to the release, as it has been since the project’s launch back in March. Williams Landing will be a close community of family and friends judging by how many people are now purchasing in the estate because a friend or family member has recommended Williams Landing to them. The popularity of the estate is growing as people find out about the facilities available including the Town Centre and direct freeway access.
